Who provides Brand Oracle?

Brand Oracle and the Eight Brand Marks™ are provided by ORACO AGENCY PTY LTD, an independent strategic brand agency based in Melbourne and on the Mornington Peninsula. These terms cover use of this website, the Brand Builder Map and paid access to Brand Builder, Brand Mentor and Brand Writer.

Brand Oracle is a guided strategy and writing workspace. Membership does not include a finished logo, visual identity, website or a consultation with an Oraco strategist. Human reviews and implementation services are separate purchases.

Membership options and access

Current membership options, in Australian dollars
OptionPaymentAccess and renewal
One monthA$66 including GST onceOne month from successful payment. Does not automatically renew.
MonthlyA$55 including GST per monthRecurring monthly subscription until cancelled.
AnnualA$495 including GST per year, paid upfrontRecurring annual subscription until cancelled.

Each option includes the Brand Builder Map and one member account with access to all three Brand Oracle tools, subject to the shared usage allowance below. Review the final price, any applicable taxes and billing interval shown in checkout before paying.

You may purchase another A$66 including GST month when your current access ends. Overlapping one-off purchases do not automatically stack or extend the existing access period. Use the same member account to return to saved work.

Optional Brand Audit

The Brand Audit is an optional service purchased separately from membership for A$550 including GST, paid once through Stripe. It includes a written strategic review of your completed Brand Builder Map as a whole: how the thinking connects, opportunities to develop it further and recommendations for putting your strategy into practice.

After payment, email your completed Map and payment reference to hello@oraco.com.au. A brand strategist will respond within 48 hours of receiving your Map with a timeframe for the audit. Your written audit will be delivered no later than one month after we receive your completed Map. Your review is supplied by email; it does not include a consultation, design or implementation work, or a guaranteed business outcome.

Contact us if you need help with your purchase. Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law remain applicable to this service, including where it fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Payment through Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method and provide accurate payment and account information. Payment details are entered with Stripe; Oraco’s websites do not collect or store your full card number.

By choosing a recurring plan, you authorise the recurring payments disclosed in checkout until you cancel. The one-off A$66 including GST option authorises a single payment. Keep your payment confirmation and check the billing interval you select.

Access is verified from successful payment and current membership status. A checkout redirect or visit to the welcome page alone is not proof of payment. Failed, refunded or reversed payments may affect access; contact us if you believe verification is incorrect.

Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its Privacy Policy. Optional Stripe services, such as Link, have their own terms presented by Stripe. This does not replace your purchase agreement with Oraco or reduce your consumer rights. Contact Oraco about membership, refunds or billing concerns.

Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at their stated interval unless cancelled before the next renewal. You can cancel future renewal and ordinarily retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. Manage or cancel recurring subscriptions through Stripe’s customer portal. Enter your payment email address and follow the sign-in link Stripe emails you, then select your subscription and cancel before the next renewal. Your payment email may differ from your Brand Oracle login email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid billing period. The one-month option does not renew and does not require cancellation.

Annual access is paid upfront for the year. We do not ordinarily offer change-of-mind refunds or pro-rata refunds for unused time, including when you stop using an annual membership partway through the year.

Australian Consumer Law applies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If our service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. Contact us so we can assess and address the issue.

Our climate commitment

Oraco contributes 1% of Brand Oracle revenue processed through Stripe to Stripe Climate, supporting the development and scaling of emerging carbon removal technologies. This contribution is funded by Oraco from revenue, not an additional charge to you or a separate customer donation. It applies across the one-month, monthly and annual membership options.

Stripe Climate supports the development of carbon removal technologies. The contribution does not represent a calculated offset for a member’s use of Oracle, or a claim that the service is carbon neutral. Project outcomes and timing are not guaranteed. Our contribution does not reduce any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under law.

Alongside this commitment, we’re working to make Brand Oracle more resource-efficient as it evolves. The Brand Builder Map and Eight Brand Marks™ provide structured prompts, and relevant saved brand context helps reduce repetitive conversations. We use a smaller AI model, considered response limits and monitoring of estimated processing costs. Saving progress, preparing brand context and backups do not require additional AI requests. These are measures to support purposeful processing, not a measured claim about energy use or emissions savings.

Chat allowance and fair use

Builder, Mentor and Writer share a per-member monthly chat allowance. The current limit is A$10 in estimated AI processing costs per membership month, measured by the service. This is a usage limit, not a cash balance or refundable credit, and it is separate from your membership price.

Monthly members reset with their paid Stripe renewal period. Annual members reset monthly on their purchase anniversary. One-off access includes an allowance for the purchased month; another purchase after expiry begins a new period. Month-end anniversaries are adjusted to the last available day in shorter months. Dates are displayed in Melbourne time. Different requests use different amounts; there is no fixed or guaranteed number of messages, drafts or completed exercises.

If you reach the allowance, chat pauses until your next membership-month reset while your membership remains active. An overlapping purchase or plan change does not immediately reset an allowance you have already used. Rate limits also protect the service against excessive simultaneous requests and automated use.

Your account and acceptable use

Enter the email you use with ChatGPT in the Brand Oracle login field at checkout, then sign in with that account. Your payment email can be different. You need a ChatGPT account, a current browser and an internet connection.

Membership covers one member account, not multiple logins or a shared team workspace. Keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person, share account credentials, bypass membership controls, probe other members’ data or use bots to consume the service. Contact us about team access.

Provide only material you are authorised to share. Do not submit unlawful material, passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Access restrictions used to address security threats or misuse must be proportionate and do not remove applicable consumer rights.

The methodology and your work

Oraco retains intellectual property rights in its original workbook content, design, branding and supplied materials, including the Eight Brand Marks™ methodology materials. Membership permits you to use the Map to develop and implement your own brand.

Your business information remains yours. You may keep your completed Map and use your own notes, findings and resulting brand work in your business. Membership does not permit reselling, distributing, publishing or repackaging Oraco’s supplied materials as your own methodology, templates, course or competing product without written permission.

This does not claim ownership of general ideas or your pre-existing information. AI-generated wording is not guaranteed to be unique or protectable. Check suitability and third-party rights before publishing it.

AI guidance and responsibility

Brand Oracle uses OpenAI technology to support investigation, interpretation and writing. Suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. They are a starting point for your judgement, not a guarantee of a correct answer or a commercial outcome.

Check recommendations against your own knowledge and evidence. Seek qualified advice for legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated matters. You decide what to implement. These statements do not exclude duties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Saved progress and your own records

Save your downloaded Map regularly. If you complete it in a browser, download the edited copy before closing it. PDF edits do not automatically sync with Oracle.

Oracle stores conversations, notes and confirmed findings so you can return using the same member account. Active membership is required to open that work. Membership expiry does not itself delete saved work. You need active access and the same member account to return to it. We do not promise permanent retention: keep your own copy of important work and contact us about retrieving your records. We have not set a fixed automatic deletion period for inactive accounts.

Keep your own copy of important thinking. There is currently no full-chat or findings-document export button; you can copy your saved findings into your own document. Contact us for help accessing your records or making a privacy request. Records may need to be retained for legal, billing or security purposes.

We aim to take reasonable care with the service and stored work, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. A storage or access problem does not remove rights or remedies that apply under law.

Privacy policy

This privacy policy covers eightbrandmarks.com and the Brand Oracle service at oracle.eightbrandmarks.com, operated by ORACO AGENCY PTY LTD. It explains the information we collect, why we use it, who processes it and how to contact us about it.

What we collect and why

We collect account identity and email information for sign-in and membership verification; payment and subscription records for billing and access; conversations, notes, findings and brand context to provide and save your workspace; and usage records to operate the allowance and protect the service. Your name and marketing preference may be collected at Stripe checkout. Hosting and security records may include technical information such as IP address, browser details and request timestamps.

If you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, support your account and resolve concerns. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Without the information needed for sign-in, successful payment verification or processing a request, we may be unable to provide the corresponding service. Provide only information you are authorised to share; avoid sensitive personal information, passwords and payment credentials in chat.

Collection and service providers

Information comes from you, your sign-in provider and Stripe payment records. OpenAI provides sign-in and AI processing; relevant conversation and brand context are sent to the AI service to prepare a response. Sites and its hosting infrastructure store and serve the workspace. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We do not collect or store your full card number on our websites.

We share information as needed to provide the service, support security, fulfil legal obligations or respond to an authorised request. Authorised administrators and service providers may need access for those purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations used by their infrastructure. Provider processing locations can change; contact us for further information before providing sensitive or regulated confidential material. We consider applicable privacy obligations when using overseas providers.

See Stripe’s Privacy Policy, OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for account services, and OpenAI’s business-data information for API processing. Their notices do not replace our responsibility for the information we hold.

Cookies and external content

Sign-in, hosting, security and payment services may use cookies or similar technologies. Browser settings let you control cookies; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Stripe Climate badges load content directly from Stripe. If you follow an external link or interact with embedded third-party content, that provider’s own privacy and cookie practices apply.

The public website at eightbrandmarks.com and the Brand Oracle workspace at oracle.eightbrandmarks.com use Google Analytics to understand visits, page views and interactions and improve the site. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical and usage information, such as browser and device details. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its information-handling practices. Our analytics integration does not send account email addresses, conversation text, notes or findings as custom analytics data. You can turn off Google Analytics for your browser by opening our analytics opt-out link. This preference uses a cookie shared between our public site and Oracle, with browser storage as a fallback. Set it again if you change browsers or clear site data. It does not disable essential hosting or security records.

Marketing and service messages

Purchasing does not itself subscribe you to general marketing. Optional newsletter consent is separate from membership and can be withdrawn using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may keep a record of the preference and how it was collected. Essential onboarding, account, billing and service messages may still be needed to deliver your purchase.

Security, retention and requests

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and loss. No online service can guarantee complete security. We assess suspected data breaches and notify affected people and relevant authorities where required under applicable Australian law.

We retain information for providing the service and reasonable administrative, legal, billing and security needs. Saved work is subject to the storage limitations above; we do not promise a permanent archive. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where required by law, subject to lawful retention requirements.

Email hello@oraco.com.au to request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold. We may verify your identity and explain any information we must retain or any lawful limits on a request. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 72 hours of receipt. If identity checks or further investigation are needed, we will explain the next steps and expected timeframe; this is an initial response target, not a promise to complete every request within 72 hours. A privacy request is separate from a full-chat or findings-document export feature.

Privacy concerns

Contact Oraco using the details below with your privacy concern. We aim to respond to privacy complaints within 72 hours of receipt, then explain any investigation required and the expected resolution timeframe. If you remain dissatisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about available complaint pathways. We handle requests and complaints in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law.

Service changes and support

Maintenance, security measures and third-party outages can affect availability. Contact us about access or saved-work problems so we can investigate. We do not promise a specific result, response time or uninterrupted service.

Material changes will be communicated where practical. Publishing revised terms does not retrospectively reduce an existing paid entitlement or remove statutory rights. Changes to future prices or renewals must be disclosed before they apply.
